Create, run, manage and track campaigns

This is the third module within the Answer CRM application suite and offers the capability to create, run, manage and track Sales and Marketing campaigns.

YC100P Build a Campaign

These campaigns can be targeted at:

  • Internal Answer Customers, Delivery Locations, Vendors and so on
  • Internal Answer Contact Centre Contacts and Companies
  • External sources of Contact Names, Companies and Address details, external mailing lists and so on
  • Any combination of the above

Campaigns offer the processes of:

  • Definition, Analysis and Sales Analysis impacts
  • Adding of attachments, word documents, spreadsheets and so on
  • Target definition and generation
  • Product definition and inclusion where the Campaign is product based
  • Allocation of Projects/Tasks for Accounting purposes within other Answer modules i.e. Purchasing, Inventory Management, Sales, Receivables etc
  • Define and generate extracts, mail merges, email documents and more
  • Ability to assign ad-hoc costs and post them to the Answer General Ledger
  • Authorisation and status change facilities
  • Enquiry and reporting activities
  • Sales Analysis gathering capabilities

A complete Campaign life cycle is catered for, with full integration to Answer Enterprise modules.
