Users can interact with the system to manipulate and modify reports.
Each user can produce tailored reports to focus the information they want in a format they prefer.

Information can be 'spotlighted' to highlight specific conditions and filtered to only show data relevant to the individual.
This flexibility improves the timelines of mission-critical information and also enhances workflow.

Report designs can be adapted to suit company use or new reports can be created as required.
Attach exception reports to the scheduler to only see a report if a user-defined condition is true. Focused information only when you need it will help to save time and resources.

Running and distributing reports

Set reports to run automatically.
For example, reports could be run overnight at off peak times and results distributed via email for users to view at the start of a working day. This will save time each day if reports were to be run every morning.

Reports can be run in batches and are easily controlled by a central administrator. They can be run at set times each day, week, month.
Users can distribute reports via printer, email, and Web posting.
Alternatively reports can be saved in a variety of standard formats like txt, csv and automatically packaged and distributed to a larger community including the web.
Graphical formats are available for all reports.
